Terms governing use of the Anchor for Seniors website and our customer-care SMS program.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Anchor for Seniors website and the SMS communications described below. Anchor for Seniors is the DBA / brand of Anchor Senior Concierge LLC ("Anchor," "we," "us," or "our"). Separate signed client agreements, authorizations, billing terms and service policies may apply to paid or coordinated services and will control if they conflict with these website terms.
Anchor provides non-medical concierge, coordination, navigation and follow-through. We do not provide medical care, nursing, personal care, professional care management, legal or financial advice, transportation services, or emergency services. Specialized services may be performed by independent third-party providers, including licensed providers when required.
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, or misuse Anchor's content, systems or communications.
Anchor may help identify or coordinate with independent third-party providers at a client's request or authorization. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, those providers are independent from Anchor and are responsible for their own services, qualifications, licensing, pricing, availability and performance.
By separately opting in to receive SMS messages from Anchor for Seniors, you agree to receive customer-care text messages related to requested concierge services, scheduling and appointment reminders, service updates, follow-up communications, and responses to inquiries. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates and terms apply. To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact Anchor at info@anchorforseniors.com or 714-790-9145. After an opt-out request, you may receive a final confirmation message. You may opt in again through an approved Anchor opt-in method.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS consent and opt-in information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Unless otherwise indicated, website text, branding, design and original content are owned by or licensed to Anchor Senior Concierge LLC and may not be copied or used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission.
Do not use the website, SMS program, Maureen, or Anchor concierge channels for emergencies. If you believe there is an immediate emergency, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency service.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the current version. Continued use of the website or SMS program after an update is subject to the updated terms.
